I have used Thomas'® Mini Plain Bagels in this recipe. We love these bagels. The size is perfect for little hands to hold on to while chowing down the yumminess; the mini bagels have the perfect crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside texture. Thomas'® bagels come in varieties of flavors and sizes. Literally a bagel size or flavor for any occasion and are super versatile and toppable: "Inspiring endless possibilities and a unique breakfast eating experience!"
The other ingredients of this Mini Bagel Tomato Cucumber Breakfast Sandwich with Masala Cream Cheese recipe are really simple and actually all of them are in the title itself. Not a lot of prep work is needed other than slicing up some cucumbers and tomatoes and mixing the cream cheese with the secret ingredient, the masala - chaat masala. Chaat masala is a spice blend that is easily available online or at most Indian/Asian grocery stores. It has a bunch of flavorful spices in it and is great to enhance the flavor of any simple dish.

Just 5 ingredients - simple, easy to find ingredients. To make these sandwiches, mix cream cheese with chaat masala to add that wow factor. I used garden vegetable cheese to make the sandwiches more nutritious and the kids love it. Toast up your Thomas'® Mini Plain Bagels and spread with the masala cream cheese. Layer sliced cucumbers and tomatoes on the bagels and enjoy!

Mini Bagel Tomato Cucumber Breakfast Sandwich with Masala Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 Thomas'® Mini Plain Bagels
- ½ English cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 to mato thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon garden vegetable cream cheese see notes
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
Instructions
- Mix the garden vegetable cream cheese with chaat masala to make “masala” cream cheese.
- Toast Thomas'® Mini Plain Bagels in a toaster oven or a skillet
- Spread the toasted bagels with masala cream cheese.
- Layer with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. Slice in half and enjoy!
