Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts

Barbecue sauce

chopped scallions
green and white parts

chopped tomatoes
roma tomatoes recommended

deseeded and minced

sprigs of cilantro
leaves stripped and chopped
Salt to taste
if needed

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a deep mixing bowl.
Give it a big mix, check for salt and serve immediately. Garnish with more chopped cilantro, if desired.
