Rinse, scrub and slice ginger and peel the garlic.
Add prepped ginger and garlic along with the oil to the jar of a blender.
Blend until smooth, creamy, and pale.

Notes
If you cannot find organic ginger, peel the ginger before slicing it.You can adjust the ratio of ginger to garlic depending on your taste preference.You can also add a pinch of turmeric to it before blending. Turmeric will act as a preservative and will add a golden yellow color to the paste.
