I might have done a happy dance at how good this risotto turned out. In a pressure cooker! No stirring and no fuss recipe!
This is an easy and enjoyable North Indian style dry curry of potatoes, carrot and peas. Great to be enjoyed with daal (recipes here and here) or as a vegetable side with any protein (this chicken dish). Enjoy with chapati or rice.

Indian Spiced Roasted Potato Salad
We are not too far from grilling and potluck/picnic weather and this salad works great. Otherwise also, this is a crowd pleaser!
