Barbecue Peanut Masala

The classic pub favorite, Peanut Masala, gets a tasty makeover with addition of barbecue sauce. Crunchy peanuts are combined with classic chaat ingredient to make this Barbecue Peanut Masala

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 3 tablespoon Barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup chopped scallions green and white parts
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes roma tomatoes recommended
  • 1 jalapenos deseeded and minced
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 8-10 sprigs of cilantro leaves stripped and chopped
  • Salt to taste if needed
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a deep mixing bowl.
  • Give it a big mix, check for salt and serve immediately. Garnish with more chopped cilantro, if desired.
