Barbecue Peanut Masala
The classic pub favorite, Peanut Masala, gets a tasty makeover with addition of barbecue sauce. Crunchy peanuts are combined with classic chaat ingredient to make this Barbecue Peanut Masala

- 1 lb Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 3 tablespoon Barbecue sauce
- ½ cup chopped scallions green and white parts
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes roma tomatoes recommended
- 1 jalapenos deseeded and minced
- ½ lime juiced
- 8-10 sprigs of cilantro leaves stripped and chopped
- Salt to taste if needed
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
Add all the ingredients to a deep mixing bowl.
Give it a big mix, check for salt and serve immediately. Garnish with more chopped cilantro, if desired.
