Your one stop shop to all The Kitchen Docs action that happened over the last month! Your favorite recipes and more!
To say November was chockablock packed with activity will be an understatement. We started the month with Karvachauth, a beautiful festival that celebrates love and commitment to that special someone in your life.
All the Festivities
Karvachauth was followed by my Indian Cooking class that I host with UFM and due to the pandemic we held the class via zoom. This was great since I had patrons join from all over the country. We made recipes of Tikka masala, Paneer Bhurjee, Basmati Rice and my Healthier Naan. It was so much fun. I have more classes lined up for Spring so if you are interested, leave me a comment at end of this post or send me an email at [email protected]
My baby, Mr. Little V, turned 7.....how in the world is that possible? And it was Diwali after that. The most beautiful, the most loved and awaited for Indian festival. There was lot of food, lights and celebration. Swipe the pics below to see..<3
I am so very thankful to each and everyone of you. My words cannot express the gratitude I feel that you choose to come here and read my ramblings, love and make the recipes I share and send feedback. So much love. Needless to say, one of my biggest thanks this Thanksgiving were for all of you. Love you all.
