The Book

If you have been on the blog recently you might have read recent posts about a book that I am reading. In my first post I talked about what attracted me to this book. My goal was overall energy gain throughout the day so that I don’t feel completely drained. 

Joel Marion’s Always Eat After 7PM program makes dieting easy and eliminates 90% of reasons for resistance. The Food

The plan is very easy to follow and I am already seeing changes in my energy levels. I am eating a late breakfast (to provide for fasting) without feeling tired or hungry in the morning (read here). The supplements from the author’s company called BioTrust are a great addition to your daily smoothies if you want to up your nutrition game. I have tried the Energizing Berry Metabogreens in my smoothie and love it.

The book is easy to read. There are food lists, meal planning guides and lots of great recipes like this Cherry Garcia Ice Cream. This ice cream tastes so good that you won’t believe that it is refined sugar and dairy free.
